West Texas sky
The photo didn't turn out as clear as I wanted, but the color is right. We had a noisy rainstorm with a little hail. After it stopped, the setting sun washed the gloomy clouds with orange. I had to get my camera quickly, because the light changed in about 90 seconds back to a somber grey.
Maybe I will get around to photographing that new bumper. Maybe.

That's a very pretty sky. It is amazing how quickly the light can turn and a scene like that is lost. Last week when I was shooting the shadows on my fence, I had wanted to catch it at a different angle and as I turned to take another photo, I noticed the sun was gone, there were no more distinct shadows.
Here's hoping the weekend will bring you a little rest...
Just beautiful david...it was a wonderful storm and rain wasn't it?
Cool.
